Clinical Supervision & Organizational Wellness

Clinical Supervision

Meet your supervision requirements for LCSW licensure in a supportive learning environment. My practice emphasizes equity, spiritual grounding, and an artful approach to clinical work.

Earn up to 50 hours of clinical supervision hours towards your LCSW licensure as you examine clinical practice as someone with the lived experience of racial cultural and systemic oppression. Understand the unique equity lens you bring, that shapes your perspective on health, wellness and social justice. Examine the beliefs that inform your theories of action and therapeutic practices.

Together we will:

  • Discover the unique gifts you bring to social work

  • Affirm the racial and cultural experiences that inform your perspectives

  • Identify the values, beliefs, and theoretical frameworks that guide your practice

  • Move theory into practice through case reflection and skill-building

  • Strengthen your clinical voice and professional identity

  • Receive clear, compassionate, and constructive feedback

  • Navigate ethical questions and complex clinical dilemmas

Organizational Wellness

Organizations are made up of people, and healthy organizations depend on our willingness to understand both individual and collective needs. In my work with organizational leaders and professionals, our work begins with building the trust necessary for honest dialogue about both the strengths and challenges that impact professional and organizational life. Together we make space to address the “undiscussables” such as conflict, power, privilege, oppression &  systemic inequities that affect our day to day functioning. By drawing on the wisdom and lived experience of staff and community members, we can work together to create structures, protocols and mindful practices that build relational trust, inspire truth telling, encourage compassionate confrontation, and facilitate collaborative planning.

  • Critical Incident Consultation - A confidential space to examine immediate, challenging and sensitive incidents in order to gain clarity and make difficult decisions.  Available to provide support following racialized incidents, traumatic events, death & loss, or other profound challenges.

  • Staff and Team Development - Individually designed inservice trainings and workshops that address relational trust, cultural dynamics, trauma informed program development as well as equity and inclusion efforts.
